The Conservatorio Guido Cantelli in Novara (Italy) is offering the second level postgraduate Master in Piano Performance. The study programme is intended to students with a second level Academic Diploma or a Master Degree and to those in possession of an Italian Conservatory Diploma (the old “Diploma di Vecchio Ordinamento”), or an equivalent degree.Non-EU students must provide a declaration of validity and, where requested, an official translation of the certificate of study.

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, selection will be made through online procedure only. Students will be asked to send a good quality video through cloud systems, or uploading it on the ISIDATA platform (details will be provided). Repertoire must include at least 30 minutes of music of candidate’s choice from solo piano repertoire.

The program offers a wide range of learning opportunities for high standard students with distinguished personalities of the music world. Individual lessons will be given by an in-residence Faculty (both in Piano and Chamber Music), paired with a series of Masterclasses held by leading artists and teachers.

A fundamental extra-activity is represented by the inclusion of Historical Keyboard studies with Prof. Fabio Bonizzoni, as well as Piano and Orchestra Repertoire with Prof. Nicola Paszkowski. Selected students will have the opportunity to play with the Orchestra del Conservatorio Guido Cantelli directed by Maestro Paskowski.
